RETURN POLICY

Return Conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unused, in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Individual items may have special return terms; please refer to the item page description for details.
- Customized items, food, and personal care products are not eligible for returns.
Refund Policy:
- Once we receive the return and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will offer you a full refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. It may take a while for the refund to appear on your account.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team with the order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return confirmation and a return label (if applicable). Mail the item(s) back to the designated address along with the return label.
- Once we receive and review the return, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Return Fees:
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the courier company you choose.
- If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost.
